Some time ago, it was Connie's 21st birthday. Yes, she's finally free and supposedly independent (not like she wasn't before this lah). But yeah, this is like the official mark! So it was a Saturday and we decided to cook for her.
Started our morning around 8.30 with the first destination being the market. Did our shopping there. Sighhh, I do not enjoy going to markets. If I were to have kids and if I ever cook for them, and if they were to ever complain, I'm gonna... screw them! Haha. Just kidding!
Anyway, we headed to Cold Storage after that to get the rest of the stuff we needed. We were gonna cook both Bolognese as well as Carbonara. Psst, I know we sound so pro. Haha. We're not that bad afterall.
Juven joined us at my place. And we started to cook, cook, cook away! Lol. We bought too much spaghetti btw. Lesson learnt : One packet is more than enough for 5 people. And the cooking process went out for about an hour plus. Okay, I know I shouldn't be calling it the cooking process cause we didn't actually cook anything. More like preparing.
We fried sausages and fish balls too.
