It's Payback Time!

Don't get me wrong people! This is paying back, in a good manner.
Nana & I went to the temple basically to thank Buddha for our exam results. biggrin

First stop, Happy Mart to buy milk.
Usually I only go to one temple that is Mahindrama Temple but Nana here, she has this 'the more the better' concept! Haha. So, we went to THREE temples today.

First one, Arahang (Nana, is the name right?).
This is the oldest temple in Penang and is also a popular tourist attraction. That's what Nana told me when I first stepped in.

When Nana told me to bring coins, I thought this was the only place we're gonna throw the coins. But nope, there's a nicer one below!

Nice right?! I was truly amazed.
In case you don't know, the thing in the middle spins.
Each 'pot' represents different things in life.
Prosperity, Good Luck, Higher Education, Harmony, Happy Marriage, Happiness and etc.

Tried so many times till all my coins went in the things I wanted.
I.e Higher education, happiness and Good Luck.
And, I was just trying for fun for Happy Marriage and it went in! mrgreen

Nana had Higher Education, Happiness and I forgot the rest.
We finished almost all my coins btw! Just to get what we wanted. lol

Okay, I officially declare this the most beautiful temple I've ever been to!
Pay a visit if you haven't been there. It's opposite the Sleeping Buddha.

Next was Mahindrama Temple. Then, Kuan Yin Theng. It's been years since I've been there.
That makes me seriously dumb when it comes to praying which includes lighting the joss sticks (there were wayyyy too many, that's why), placing the right joss sticks at the right place, burning the paper and pouring the oil! Then comes the total opposite, Nana to help me! smile

Back to Nana's home and she painted my toenails. Thanks, har?
Went walking around her neighbourhood hoping to see some entao guys along the way but elek pochi also. So we ended up in the playground. Just for awhile though, mum came soon after that.
Good day! I feel holy!mrgreen
