Glad & Satisfied

During our third practice a day before Hari Kokurikulum 2009. Thankfully, we managed to complete everything in time. Was dead tired that night cause earlier that day our class had this carwash session in school. Will update on that when I have the pictures.

Hari Kokurikulum 2009

Reached school at 6.10am (supposedly 6am). Something big to me cause usually I reach about 2 mins before the school bell rings! So anyway, we had our last practice before the event started. While the uniform check was being conducted, there were speeches given by big shots, I suppose. Then next on list was cheerleading performances from the winner & first runner-up.

Marching competition started soon after. First up, was Girl Guides.
Followed by Girls Brigade.
And then, Rangers!
Despite the pressure as Rangers were winners for many consecutive years and knowing the expectations we had to live up to, we did good with only minor errors here and there. Also, compliments to Choo Lyn for fancy marching.

Next up, was PBSM
and finally KRS. Then there was this performance from the Karate Club. I personally have always enjoyed their performances; interesting and energetic.

Spot Anish everyone!

and Cheng Har successfully breaking the plank!

Soon after, it was prize giving! They changed the schedule this year cause usually we would have recess first. So anyway, all the marchers lined up, patiently waiting the results! I don't know why, I had the feeling we were gonna win. And I was right! Girls Brigade came in second, and PBSM third.

Plus, Best Commander was none other than Nana!
Like duh right, she was so loud. mrgreen

Visited the mini Edu Fair held in the school hall and went home at 12. The rest of the day was typical except the fact that I fell asleep at 9pm. Mum woke me up to clean up and went back to sleep again. Had my 14 hours of sleep, woke up the next morning, still feeling sleepy. I think I overslept.
