Didn't exactly do much today. Just those usual stuffs. Am not gonna blog about it because it's going to be way boring. So anyways.. Here's a little something I ate today.

'Man tao'. My mummy made it.Was reading through an article from CLEO mag on ways to INCREASE our metabolism rate. Which means we will not get fat so easily. I'm gonna share it with you people. See, I'm not even close to selfish. :)
1. Eat 5-7 meals a day.
2. Take spicy stuff.
3. Exercise.
4. Take caffeine.
5. Maximise your muscles.
6. Drink plenty of water.

8. Eat less carbs and more protein.

9. Turn off air conditioning.
10. Get some sexercise. (It says here that you burn 1,400 kilojoules an hour when doing IT.) Haha.
